Ruchoma proteza z podparciem implantologiczno-śluzówkowym łączy w sobie zalety estetyczne protezy ruchomej ze stabilnością zapewnianą przez implanty. Protokół postępowania w przypadku tego typu uzupełnień protetycznych może być skomplikowany, tak dla lekarza dentysty, jak i dla technika dentystycznego. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono uproszczony protokół stomatologiczny, który jako punkt startowy obejmuje wykonanie protez diagnostycznych. Służą one jako szablon podczas wszczepiania implantów, a po powieleniu są wykorzystywane podczas pobierania wycisku do zarejestrowania relacji zwarciowych oraz wstępnego zaplanowania efektu estetycznego. Łatwiejsze jest także postępowanie z frezowaną belką ze względu na zastosowanie mniejszych elementów retencyjnych oraz struktury wykonanej z PEEK. Dzięki postępowaniu zgodnie z przedstawionym schematem możliwe jest zaopatrzenie pacjenta w estetyczne protezy, które są stabilne i łatwe w utrzymaniu higieny. |

Simplifi ed Dental Protocol for the Construction of a Removable Prosthesis to Implant/Mucosal Support |

The removable prosthesis with implant - mucosal support combines the aesthetic advantages of a removable prosthesis with the stability given by the implants. The protocol for of this type of prostheses may be intricate, both for the clinician and for the dental technician. This work illustrates a simplififi ed dental protocol, which has, as its starting point, the recognition of a diagnostic prosthesis. This is used as a guide for the placement of implants and, once duplicated, for the impression for registration of the occlusal relationships and for obtaining an aesthetic prototype. Also the management of milled bar becomes simplififi ed, thanks to the use of attachments with reduced dimensions, and the superstructure, made of PEEK. Following what is illustrated in the article it is possible to provide the patient with an aesthetic prosthesis, stable and easily maintainable from the hygienic point of view. |
