W Polsce istnieje kilka ustaw i rozporządzeń, do których należy dostosować pracę w gabinecie stomatologicznym. Od połowy 2010 roku zaczęło obowiązywać rozporządzenie dotyczące kontroli działań, które mają zapobiegać w gabinecie szerzeniu się zakażeń i chorób zakaźnych. Po przeprowadzeniu kontroli należy stworzyć raport, który podlega kontroli sanepidu. |
