Rehabilitacja protetyczna pacjentów bezzębnych jest procesem trudnym. Priorytetem jest uzyskanie satysfakcji samego pacjenta. Najczęściej wybieraną metodą leczenia w przypadku bezzębia jest zastosowanie konwencjonalnych protez całkowitych. W artykule przedstawiono rodzaje uzupełnień protetycznych stosowanych w przypadku pacjentów bezzębnych oraz opisano poszczególne etapy leczenia.

Prosthetic rehabilitation of edentulous patients is a difficult process. The priority is to satisfy the patient. The most common method of choice for the treatment of edentulous patients is the use of conventional dentures. This article presents the types of dental restorations used for edentulous patients and describes the various stages of treatment.
